Recipe Ingredients for Kohlrabi with Honey Butter

119 grams (2 medium) carrots
460 grams (4 small) kohlrabi
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Kohlrabi with Honey Butter

  1. Cook kohlrabi and carrot, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 6-8 minutes or till crisp-tender. Drain. Keep warm.

  2. Combine lemon peel (1/4 tsp) and juice, parsley, honey, and pepper (1/8 tsp). Pour over hot vegetables. Add butter, tossing to coat. Makes 4 servings.
