Recipe Ingredients for Kohlrabi Casserole

150 grams Kohlrabi
25 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
50 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
36 grams Pork, Cured, Ham, Boneless
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Kohlrabi Casserole

Slice kohlrabi, ham and mozzarella. Layer ingredients in a heat-proof dish. Mix yogurt with salt and pepper, pour on top. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °for about 15-20 minutes.
