Homemade Knoepla Soup (1 cup/serving, 15 serving per recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Knoephla Soup

10 oz carrot, sliced
7 oz celery, sliced
1107 g baking potatos, large
1 onion, yellow
1 cup whipping cream
12 bouillon cubes, chicken
1 cup flour, white
1 egg, large
1/4 cup chives
1 tbsp parsley flakes
6 1/2 cup water
24 oz. chicken breast, boneless, skinless

Recipe Directions for Knoephla Soup

  1. Knoephla: Mix flour, egg, 1/2 cup water until sides of bowl come clean. Set aside to spoon into hot soup.

  2. Soup: Add remaining ingredients to large kettle & cook until tender. Bring to a boil and spoon in Knoephla. Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes
