1 cup Cottage Cheese
0.8 cup, chopped Broccoli
1.5 cup slices Cucumber
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, Organic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
15 oz Garbanzo Beans

Recipe Directions for Knock-Off Salad

Cut up cucumber, broccoli, and onion. Mix with drained beans and cottage cheese. Add vinegar and oil on top. Mix.
