Recipe Ingredients for Knittingfrog special pizza dough

150 ml water
1 tsp sugar
15 g fresh yeast
225 g plain flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Knittingfrog special pizza dough

  1. Mix the water (lukewarm) and sugar then add the yeast. Leave until frothy.

  2. Knead together with the flour for 8-10 minutes, then allow to rise in a warm place (in an oiled bowl) until it has doubled in size. Spread or roll to 35cm diameter.

  3. Add chosen toppings, bake on high (250C) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
