Crispy pizza flavored Flax/Salba crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Klaxflackers

2 1/2 oz sun dried tomatoes (5 svgs, 200 cal)
10 3/4 oz tomatoes (3)
3 oz spinach (20)
5 oz fresh mushrooms
2 1/4 oz red onion (about a 1/4 cup)
3 1/8 oz red pepper
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
15 g walnuts (1/8 cup)
1/8 cup basil
1 T lemon juice
2 T olive oil
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup flax meal

Recipe Directions for Klaxflackers

  1. Dice tomatoes. Cook tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms for a couple of minutes in microwave.

  2. Pour olive oil over the sun-dried tomatoes.

  3. Put all ingredients in food processor; mix.

  4. Put on a tray lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 170 or as low as oven goes for as long as is needed to dehydrate them - I cycle the oven on and off for HOURS.
