Recipe Ingredients for KK's Pasta/veggie mix

7 oz. pasta, whole wheat
2 1/4 oz black olives, sliced
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
2 slices American cheese, white
1 cup baby spinach, raw
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for KK's Pasta/veggie mix

  1. Cook pasta 3 minutes shorter than directed on the box, as it will continue to cook when other ingredients are added.

  2. Add cheese last and put a lid on top to let it melt for 2-3 minutes before serving.

  3. Mangia!
