Just veg and chicken, with marinara sauce. Pretend you're having cheesy lasagna. Better than you'd think! ps- make twice as much before the sauce, split and make half lasagne, and half leave for kj's stone soup variation!

Recipe Ingredients for KJ's Morro Bay Stone Lasagnanot

2 tbsp olive oil
1 zucchini
1/2 onion
2 cup Broccoli
2 medium carrots
1/2 head cauliflower
2 1/2 cups Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3.5 serving Black Beans Canned
2 cups Marinara sauce

Recipe Directions for KJ's Morro Bay Stone Lasagnanot

  1. chop all veg to small pieces

  2. sautee onion in olive oil in large pot.

  3. stir in carrots

  4. follow with rest of veg

  5. stir and cook til softened a bit.

  6. Add chicken (chopped, cooked- poached or leftover)

  7. Stir all, add sauce and beans

  8. Pour into baking dish

  9. Bake at 425 f for 45 mins or so.

  10. follow with lol of chocolate fudge cake

  11. lol = imaginary full cake.Yes, with your favourite toppings and frostings.
