Recipe Ingredients for KJ's Meatloaf

1 lb. 96% lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
1 dash of mustard
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion flakes

Recipe Directions for KJ's Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees.

  2. Combine ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic and onion flakes and knead the ingredients into the ground beef until evenly distributed.

  3. Place beef mixture in a well greased (using olive oil spray) 9x5 meatloaf baking and add a ribbon of ketchup on top of meat mixture.

  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until meat is thouroughly cooked.
