Recipe Ingredients for KJ's Home-made Baked Macaroni & Cheese

4 eggs,
16 oz pasta,
2 cups milk
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt
4 cups cheese crackers, crushed
1 lb cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for KJ's Home-made Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Boil 1 large bag of elbow pasta al dente (or slightly undercooked), mix in 1 tbsp butter, mix in crushed better cheddar or other cheese crackers, add 2 cups milk, 1 lb grated cheddar or mix of cheeses, stir in 4 eggs, add pepper and garlic salt, mix well. Cover in foil, bake on 375 for about 30-35 minutes, uncover, add top layer of grated cheese and bake uncovered until golden.
