Delicious, quick bean salad for summer potlucks or quick week night meals.

Recipe Ingredients for KJM Bean Salad

14 1/2 oz black beans
14 1/2 oz red kidney beans
15 oz garbanzo beans
14 1/2 oz pinto beans
12 oz corn kernels
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
8 oz chunky salsa

Recipe Directions for KJM Bean Salad

  1. Pour all beans into corrindar and let drain. Rinse with running water.

  2. Mix in corn.

  3. In large mixing bowl combine the oil, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, and salsa. Mix well. Add more to taste. Add the beans and corn.

  4. Mix together thoroughly then put in fridge to chill.

  5. Serve.
