This salad gives a lot of bulk and lots of good veggies for only a few calories. Lots of flavors, the parmesan cheese especially adds something. If you want to cut the sodium...leave out the pickles.

Recipe Ingredients for kj salad

6 cups romaine lettuce
3 tomatos
3 large scallions
1 cup celery
6 tbsp parmesan cheese
3 dill pickle spears
1 cup broccoli
1 yellow pepper
1 cup mushrooms
2 cups carrots

Recipe Directions for kj salad

I usaully just do a rough chop and throw everything together. It does okay in the frig...so I can have this with lunch and dinner for several different day.
