New recipe I came up with, use of apple sauce and no eggs!.

Recipe Ingredients for Kiwi Muffins

1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Original Soy Milk
2/3 cup Apple Sauce Sweetened
2 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
5 serving Light Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for Kiwi Muffins

  1. mix 1 cup whole wheat flour with 3/4 cup of applesauce.

  2. add 2 cut up kiwi

  3. stir everything together in a bowl with 1 cup soy milk and 5 tsps of brown sugar.

  4. Cook on 345 degrees, for 15-20 minutes(or till done)
