Low caloried bread pudding cooked in a slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Kiva's Low Calorie Bread Pudding

2 g cinnamon stick
1 (tsp)
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dried orange peel
1/2 oz fresh ginger
5 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups egg beaters
1 cup splenda no calorie
2 oz spiced rum
1 loaf egg bread
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 Tlbs Land o Lakes light butter

Recipe Directions for Kiva's Low Calorie Bread Pudding

simmer cinnamon, nutmeg, dried lemon peel and ginger in Almond milk. Strain and pour over bread cut up into 1 inch pieces. Add butter, rum and dried cherries and extra cinnamon to taste. Line slow cooker liner with tin foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Pour in mixture and cook for 4 hours. Top with sugar free whipped cream.
