Recipe Ingredients for Kitchn Pumpkin Steel Cut Oats

1.5 cup Organic Oats
1 cup Pumpkin
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Butter
2 serving Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Kitchn Pumpkin Steel Cut Oats

Toast steel cut oats in dutch oven in 1 tablespoon of butter until slightly browned. Push oats to the edges of the pan and add 2nd tablespoon of butter. Fry pumpkin puree in butter, then add brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Add milk, 2.5 cups of water, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a teaspoon of salt and whisk to mix. Cover with lid and bake in oven for 35 minutes at 375 degree F.
