70 g brown rice
70 Beans
1/2 g Arame
20 g TVP
4 g sugar
3 g soy sauce
1 g salt
3 garlic cloves
3 baby eggplant
25 g cauliflower
5 g celery
5 g green peas
50 g green beans
7 mushrooms
1 teaspoon tamari
1 teaspoon Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Kitchidi-Ratchadamri

  1. Put rice and lentils in rice cooker. Add required amount of water. Add mock duck, vegetables and all other ingredients.

  2. Turn rice cooker on and eat when finished.
