56 oz Chicken Legs
2 cup, cubes Turnips
2 cup slices Parsnips
12 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
12 oz Carrots
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
16 serving Cooking Stock

Recipe Directions for kitchen soup

boil chicken legs with whole unpeeled onion in 8 quarts of salted water. strain liquid to combine reserving chicken legs to debone and add back or use in another recipe. bring boxed low sodium chicken stock to boil with cubed carrots and celery, parsnips and turnips. Simmer for three to five hours and then combine with homemade chicken stock and matzah balls
