An easy chicken soup that will feed a family of 4 for 2 nights...great for busy weeks.

Recipe Ingredients for kitchen sink soup

8 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
6 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
6 cup, shredded Cabbage
4 cup slices Carrots
8 cup Chicken Broth
6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for kitchen sink soup

  1. Boil chicken in chicken broth until done. Remove the chicken from broth and debone.

  2. Return the shredded chicken to the broth and add the veggies (excluding the peas). Cook until veggies are tender.

  3. Add peas and continue cooking until peas are done.

  4. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
