Fried Rice Dish with anything in the kitchen - turned out really great! I fried the eggplant dipped in egg white and parm first, then added rest.

25 grams Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
2 serving Parmesan Cheese Grated Traditional Style
1 large Egg, White
1 medium Carrots, Baby
0.25 cup, chopped Cabbage
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
