home made kitchen chili... its called this because you can use almost anything in the kitchen to make it... options: replace Anaheim chili with other hotter variety of your liking.

Recipe Ingredients for kitchen Chili

3 lbs ground beef
2 cups sweet corn
1 lb cubed beef
3 cups diced tomato
2 1/2 large onion
90 g Anaheim Chile
2 Yellow Bell peppers
2 cups white mushrooms
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs salt
1/8 cup chili powder
1 tbs cayenne pepper
4 tbs chopped garlic
3 cups chili beans
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for kitchen Chili

  1. brown and drain ground beef

  2. mix ground beef and beans in crock pot

  3. add chili powder, cayenne and flour to crock

  4. saute 1/2 the onion and one tbs of chopped garlic and add to crock

  5. add diced tomato to crock and mix well, let set until hot

  6. add beef cubes to crock and cook until tender

  7. saute mushrooms and diced Anaheim chili and one yellow bell pepper until mushrooms have reduced in size then add to crock.

  8. dice and add remaining onion to crock with 1tbs of garlic

  9. dice and add remaining bell pepper

  10. add corn and remaining garlic

  11. set crock to low and let set for 1hour

  12. add honey, cayenne and salt to taste

  13. add flour to thicken if desired
