Onions, kippers and egg substitute= 200 cal/serving. Good for breakfast, lunch and even dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Kipper Snacks and Eggs

1/2 cup Morningstar/2nd Nature egg whites (=2 eggs)
42 grams Brunswick kippered snacks (1/2 can, drained)
85 grams onions, chopped (about 1/3 onion)
1/2 t. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Kipper Snacks and Eggs

  1. Heat oil in medium size pan

  2. Add chopped onions

  3. When onions are almost done, add 1/2 can of drained kippers and cook BRIEFLY

  4. Add 1/2 cup of egg white substitute, add dash of salt and pepper (optional) and scramble lightly.
