2 cup Chicken Broth
29 oz Tomatoes
1/4 serving Pure Honey

Recipe Directions for Kim's Tomato Soup

  1. Use immersion blender to puree two 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes (plain, Italian style or Fire roasted to change flavor)

  2. Pour into pan with 2 cups chicken broth

  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon honey to cut acidity

  4. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes
