2 slices white bread
1 medium tomato
1/4 cup white onion
2 tsp cilantro
1 tbsp miracle whip
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Kim's Tomato Sandwich

  1. Dice the tomato into small cubes.

  2. Chop the onion and cilantro into very small pieces.

  3. Combine the tomato, onion and cilantro and add the miracle whip, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture over the bread and enjoy!
