1 piece Burgers
1/4 cup S
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Fire-Roasted Tomato
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Kim's Stuffed Salmon Peppers

  1. Cut top off of green pepper

  2. Combine cooked salmon burger, cooked rice and tomato sauce

  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  4. Top with Cheddar cheese during last 5 minutes.
