Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Midnight Brownies

15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Kim's Midnight Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a food processor, mix all ingredients (except chips) together. Pulse until smooth. Clean off sides and pulse for another 20 seconds. Add the chips and stir well. Spread into the baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cook in baking dish for one hour at room temperature. Cut and serve.
