Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Favorite Oatmeal

0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.13 cup Rye Flakes Organic
0.13 cup Spelt Flakes
0.13 cup Organic Amaranth Flakes
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.5 serving Natural Honey
0.13 cup(40 g) Raisins

Recipe Directions for Kim's Favorite Oatmeal

Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe container. Then add 1/2 c hot water (use more if needed as oatmeal should have a slightly soupy consistency). Add 1 small banana (I freeze over-ripe bananas and then thaw them. This process concentrates the banana's flavor and liquefies the flesh. Take scissors and snip one end to squeeze contents out into mixture). Stir together and then heat for 30 sec to 1 min in microwave. Stir in honey and enjoy!
