I didn't like any of the curry recipes online so I made it up. It will probably change in the future. I'm not sure how much onion went in this time, I just diced a small onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Curry

1 tsp Curry Powder
0.33 serving chili pepper sunflower oil
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 medium Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Kim's Curry

  1. dice a small onion. peel and cube a medium potato. slice one long carrot.

  2. in a medium frying pan, heat the oil and curry powder until it starts to turn into a paste.

  3. add diced onion and let it cook, stirring occasionally.

  4. add the potatoes and carrots, stir to cover with onion mix.

  5. add the water and stir again.

  6. cover and let simmer until potatoes are soft.
