Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Cranberry Relish

12 oz. cranberries
12 oz. pineapple
1/3 c. splenda
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. Fruit Juice
3 tsp. cloves

Recipe Directions for Kim's Cranberry Relish

  1. Chop pineapple chunks and cranberries in a food processor. Add cloves.

  2. Remove and add remainder of ingredients. Mix well. For the fruit juice I recommend Pom pomegranite-blueberry juice.

  3. Adjust recipe to taste.

  4. Serve chilled.
