Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Chicken Soup

2 quarts chicken broth
1 quart water
3 c chicken
3 T oil
1 medium onion
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 t dried thyme
3 c egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Kim's Chicken Soup

  1. Prepare the chicken and save out the broth.

  2. Seperate chicken.

  3. saute vegetables in broth until soft. Add chicken, broth, and thyme.

  4. Simmer and serve.
