Recipe Ingredients for Kim's chicken salad

10 cups chicken, baked chicken cut up off bone
1/3 cup mayo
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
3 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped small
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup of pineapple, juice
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Kim's chicken salad

  1. Bake chicken

  2. cut chicken off of bone and dice

  3. add mayo, red pepper, celery, cilantro, walnuts, salt and pepper and mix

  4. add the pineapple juice
