With a mayonnaise base this is a Waldorf salad meets a chicken salad. Very tasty served with crackers or bread. For an extra treat...try with Cinnamon Raisen Bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Chicken Salad

20 oz. Chicken breast, skinless, boneless
1 medium Apple
1 cup grapes
1 cup mayonnaise, light
2 oz. walnuts
3 teaspoons sugar

Recipe Directions for Kim's Chicken Salad

Boil chicken and shred. Dice apple and grapes. Throw it all in a bowl and mix! Extra tip: Soak apple and grapes in lemon water to keep from browning.
