This recipe will make 2 9x11 pans of casserole. I make one and freeze the other. Completely thaw before cooking. Will last in the freezer for about 6 weeks.

Recipe Ingredients for Kim's Chicken Casserole

3 cans of chicken
3 large eggs, beaten
8 oz fat free sour cream
10 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
5 cups of rigatoni , cooked and drained
1 cup of light mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Kim's Chicken Casserole

  1. dump all of the ingredients together

  2. mix well

  3. bake at 350 for 30 minutes
