Recipe Ingredients for Kimchi Jjigae

100 grams Kimchi Korean Marinated Cabbage
1 1/2 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
2 large Egg, Whole
200 grams Firm
4 tbsp Sauce Soy
3/4 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 mushroom Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Soybean oil

Recipe Directions for Kimchi Jjigae

Fry kimchi and veg, pour in water, simmer, mix in stock and soy sauce, simmer, add tofu, boil for a few more minutes and mix in raw eggs before serving.
