Kimchi-Ish Recipe

Makes 6 servings



Made in the style of Kimchi a very spicy Korean cabbage dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Kimchi-ish

4 cups bok choy, chopped
2 jalepeno peppers, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried onion flakes
1/4 lb chorizo sausage
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Kimchi-ish

  1. Put 3 cups water in pot along with bok choy, bring to a boil.

  2. Cook the chorizo in a pan until its crumbly.

  3. Add the chopped Jalapenos and olive oil.

  4. Put the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and onion flakes into the pot of boiling bok choy.

  5. Once the jalapenos are turning brown on the edges, toss the mixture into the pot.

  6. Simmer for 20mins.

  7. Enjoy. (May leave some seeds with jalapenos to increase spiciness)
