Recipe Ingredients for Kimchi Chigae

16 oz kimchi
1 cup chopped green onions
8 cloves garlic
1 cup chopped onion
8 oz bacon
12 oz pork
2 cups firm tofu
3 cups bok choy
2 cups spinach
2 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Kimchi Chigae

  1. Saute onions and garlic in sesame oil in a large pot.

  2. Add pork and pork belly and cook for several minutes.

  3. Add chopped kimchi, spinach, (chopped) bok choy and saute for a few minutes.

  4. Cover with water and let cook for ten minutes.

  5. Add tofu and cook another ten minutes.

  6. Add green onions and cook till you're ready to eat (at least ten minutes more).
