Easy, lots of vitamins, freezes and re-heats well.

Recipe Ingredients for kimchee chicken rice

250 g Kimchee
300 g pork
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 1/2 small Onions
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 egg egg Extra Large Egg
1 tbsp Margarine Spread
1 carrot
1 cup,+chopped+or+diced Capsicum

Recipe Directions for kimchee chicken rice

  1. Dice onion and carrot, chop kimchee into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Cook onions in margarine until soft. Add carrots and stir fry for about 1 min. Add chicken.

  3. Add rice followed by kimchee. Cook until rice is infused with kimchee flavour.

  4. Beat egg in a small bowl and add oil. Pour over rice mixture and stir through.

  5. Eat as a meal or side.
