Healthy beef soup with lots of flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for kimberlee's beef soup

1600 mL campbells low sodium beef broth
1.7 cup, cubes Turnips
5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
1 medium Sweetpotato
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
10 oz Carrots, Baby
0.5 medium White Onion
8 oz Beef, Top Sirloin

Recipe Directions for kimberlee's beef soup

  1. combine low sodium beef broth (approx 6 to 6.5 cups) with two cups of water, onion, celery and pepper to taste.

  2. Add carrots , turnip, beef (cooked med and cubed before hand) and sweet potato along with aspargus cut up.

  3. cook on slow boil for about an hour. Season to taste but no salt required.. (broth has enough sodium)

  4. should serve 8-10 people
