Just add kim chee, rice and meat (chicken, ham, eggs, etc) to make kim chee fried rice

Recipe Ingredients for Kim Chee Sauce

3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp scallion
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Kim Chee Sauce

  1. saute garlic with oil

  2. add the rest except scallion

  3. add 500 gram of kim chee

  4. add cooked meats and scrambled eggs

  5. add cooked white rice

  6. voila, it's kim chee fried rice
