My best guess at what and how much is in the kim bab at our local restaurant. Yummy Yummy. :)

Recipe Ingredients for Kim Bab

1/2 cup rice, cooked
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 egg, scrambled
1 oz avocado
1 oz carrots, steamed
1 oz cucumber, sliced
1 oz green beans, steamed
1 sheet sushi nori
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Kim Bab

  1. Spread rice on nori, adding vegetables in the middle.

  2. Roll, slice, eat!
