Lower Fat Artichoke Dip from Whole Foods Recipes. Half recipe. Onion is diced fine. Mozzarella is shredded. You can use 6 oz of marinated artichoke hearts in place of fresh. 1/4 cup is one serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Killer Artichoke Dip

4 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 tbs Mayonnaise Dressing With Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp Sour Cream Fat Free
6 grams Garlic
1/2 cup hearts Artichokes
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Killer Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In the bowl of a food processor, place cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic. Puree until all are combined. Add

  2. Mozzerella, black pepper, pulse to just until combined. Add Artichoke Hearts and pulse again just until combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in onion.

  3. Bake for 25 to 30 mins until bubbly and browned. Serve immediately.
