From Fix it and Forget it Lightly - really flavorful and thick enough to serve over rice or with a nice crusty bread. Sooo easy to prepare once all the veggies and meat are chopped. I used a can of mixed beans that included kidney, garbanzo, lima and black beans. The kielbasa can easily be omitted to make this vegetarian-friendly.
