1 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean Salad

Rinse kidney beans. Chop onions, carrots, and celery stalks (2-3) into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together along with the oil and vinegar plus salt and pepper to taste. Toss well then refrigerate to meld the flavors.
