1 cup kidney beans
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean Salad

  1. dice the onion and green pepper.

  2. put all ingredients in a bowl

  3. mix and serve

  4. flavour is better if left to sit for a few hours before serving.
