Recipe Ingredients for Kidney Bean Salad - Low Sodium

307 g Kidney Beans, Organic
2 tbsp Unico Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
30 grams Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean Salad - Low Sodium

  1. Drain and rinse the red kidney beans. Put in a bowl and add vinegars and finely chopped red onion. Marinade to let flavours blend.

  2. This recipe uses a 14 oz can of no salt added kidney beans. If you use the regular type with sodium, then rinse the beans thoroughly and it will reduce the sodium by 40%.
