15 oz kidney beans (1 can), rinsed and drained
1/2 c. hummus
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean Dip / Sandwich or Wrap Filling

  1. Put the beans and hummus in a bowl and mash them together with a fork or pastry cutter.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Works as a great sandwich or wrap filling, or even as a dip!
