Recipe Ingredients for Kidney Bean Dip

1/2 cup raw kidney beans
2 g raw garlic
4 tbsp salsa
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean Dip

  1. Soak beans overnight or quick-boil (bring to a boil and soak for 1-2 hrs). Boil until cooked.

  2. Blend it all together and enjoy.
