Recipe Ingredients for kidney bean brownies

350 grams Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
110 grams Agave Nectar
31 grams Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup dry Quinoa Flakes
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts
18 grams Cashew Nuts

Recipe Directions for kidney bean brownies

  1. mash bananas, beans, agave, cacao, cinnamon, vanilla and quinoa together. crumble walnuts and stir through. top each individual piece with a cashew. add more quinoa flakes/rolled oats/flour if not dry enough.

  2. bake for 30 minutes at 175 degree cel or until skewer comes out clean!
