Recipe Ingredients for Kidney Bean and Apple Salad

2.16 cup Beans Kidney Dark Red
2 Apple Red Delicious Apples
0.667 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
60 grams Celery
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Kidney Bean and Apple Salad

  1. Drain and Rinse Kidney Beans.

  2. Chop apples with skin on into small bite size pieces.

  3. Chopped celery and green onions into small pieces.

  4. Add together into storage bowl.

  5. Mix oil, vinegar and sweetner (or sugar) into small container with lid - shake to mix - add to salad.

  6. put on storage lid and shake to mix together. Place in fridge

  7. Serve chilled.
