Recipe Ingredients for Kid-Krispy Waffles

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. cereal, Rice Krispies
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Kid-Krispy Waffles

  1. Preheat oven to 250*F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients (flour through cinnamon). In another, medium mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk and oil. Then make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, pour egg mixture into it. Mix just until all is moistened.

  3. Pour about cup batter onto preheated and oiled waffle maker. Place cooked waffles in preheated oven while making the rest of the waffles.
