Easy chili for a warm lunch or supper on a cold day.

Recipe Ingredients for Kickin Chili

2 pounds Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
28 ounce diced tomatoes
8 ounce tomato sauce
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
1 salt
1 pepper
8 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Kickin Chili

Brown hamburger meat. Sautee onion and pepper. Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Simmer for at least an hour, or longer. Flour may be added if a thicker chili is desired. Turn up the heat with extra cayenne pepper or jalepeno peppers stirred in.
